One Wave Blonde Ale

Blonde Ale

Our go-to beer after a long brew day, One Wave uses our favourite Old World hops – Czech Saaz and French Strisselspalt – to create light citrus and spice notes that make for an easy drinking but flavourful blonde ale.

That Much Ocean

New England IPA

Inspired by the cloudy, hazy beers of New England, That Much Ocean is loaded with Azacca and Mosaic hops for a juicy aroma of orange and tropical fruits without the bitterness you might expect from a British or West Coast IPA.

Brackish Sour Ale with Newfoundland Sea Salt

Gose

Featuring the beautiful sea salt from Newfoundland Salt Company, Brackish is our interpretation of a German Gose (pronounced gose-ah), a tart and refreshing wheat ale. Instead of the traditional coriander, we’ve used Citra hops to add more bight lemony and orange aromatics.

Farmer's Riot
Red Ale

Red Ale

Notes:  this traditional red ale uses low carbonation to highlight the caramel and roasted toffee falvours while the bittering hops add just enough bittering and earthiness to balance this malt-forward beer.

Fighting Irish
Red Ale

Red Ale

Big malty flavour, long finish. Lightly carbonated and heavy in body the roast barley contributes complex flavours like burnt toast, strawberry jam, coffee, chocolate and leather.

Come From Away

North Eastern IPA

Made with three hops; Cashmere, Cascade and Amarillo. Hints of peach, melon, tangerines, orange, grapefruit and a soupcon of coconut, lime and flowers. Much like this is accentuated by the distinct charter of the Vermont Ale yeast. The mouthfeel contributed by the oats and wheat in the mash of this brew is silky and full, presented unfiltered.

Ciderberg

Cider

Apple cider made with pristine iceberg water from ancient icebergs. Crisp and clean, it is presented off-dry (1.50Brix). It is back-sweetened with cider post-fermentation. There are no added sugars, acids or flavourings. It is lovely on its own or on ice.
